Diverse Range of Education and Learning Opportunities

The education and training courses in dementia studies available to students, practitioners and stakeholders are focused on providing the skills and knowledge necessary to support an enduring person-centred approach to care that places the person with dementia at the core of decision-making in regard to needs, service provision, priority-setting and health outcomes.

These diverse offerings include:

  • Training and education programmes on effective policy implementation for key health and social care decision-makers
  • Executive education dementia workshops for practitioners and policy makers
  • Support for researcher visits, as well as opportunities for domestic policy-makers to take-up visiting fellowships within the CESRD
