The Dementia Policy Café brought together a group of people with dementia to discuss research findings from the CESRD and to develop their own key messages for policymakers.

The aim of the Carers’ Assembly was to hear the views of family carers of people with dementia in relation to dementia care in Ireland.

A discussion document was circulated in advance of the policy dialogue. In order to make the document as accessible as possible, a short animation film was made to outline the key themes.
